Testimonials

Ali delivered this content in a professional manner and facilitated the course exceptionally well.

As a counsellor, it was a fantastic refresher and informer of concepts I had not necessarily revisited in a long time. A lot of our Professional Development relates to therapeutic techniques so it was excellent to revisit the MHFA and hear the new statistics and research available on various mental health disorders. I feel that I have left this course with a renewed empathy for sufferers as well.

Brilliant energy where needed and great empathy and care when required with the more sensitive content.
She (Ali) was open and honest and made clear the expectations of a MHFA person and the support on offer to assist.

Ali was a fantastic presenter. She made everything engaging, related to the audience and sought input/group participation regularly throughout. If she didn’t know the answer to a question she made sure to search and have answers available the next day! I would recommend Ali to anyone.

All teachers should do this course.

It was engaging and insightful. The activities that went with the content help facilitate great discussion and helped to cement the information.

The instructor was excellent. Extremely professional. Very passionate, knowledgeable and empathetic. She (Ali) was engaging with the content and the group, and read her audience well.
